Craig Corrance, President and CEO
Mr. Corrance brings a combined 23 years of experience in the Orthopaedic and Spinal products field, in both the US and internationally. He joined Altiva in January 2006 as Executive Vice President, Office of the CEO, with responsibilities for all Sales and Marketing functions within the company, and was promoted to President and CEO on March 1, 2007. Prior to Altiva, Mr. Corrance was President of Scient'x USA, where he built a $16 million dollar Spinal Products business in the United States for the French-owned company. Previous to Scient'x, Craig held senior management positions with Biorthex and Corin.

Mr. Corrance earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from Keele University in England.

 

David Grant, CFO
Mr. Grant has over 30 years experience in business investment, finance and accounting. He has served as the CFO of companies ranging in size from $10 million to $100 million, both in medical devices and technology. He has a broad medical device experience that includes orthopedic, dental implants, ENT and capital equipment. Mr. Grant earned his MS in Business Administration from Indiana University and a BS in Accounting from Bob Jones University.

 

Graeme McMeekan, Area VP, Sales - East
Mr. McMeekan brings 14 years experience building and managing distributor networks as well as developing surgeon relationships in the Eastern US. Prior to Altiva, McMeekan was employed as an independent agent representing DePuy Spine, and previously held the position of Mid Atlantic Regional Manager for DePuy AcroMed, a Johnson & Johnson Company. Mr. McMeekan earned his BA degree from Auckland University in Auckland, New Zealand.

 

William Moats, Area VP, Sales - West
Mr. Moats has over 20 years experience in selling, managing and directing growth and development within the Medical Device industry. Prior to joining Altiva, he previously held the position of Regional Sales Director for Aesculap Orthopaedics. Mr. Moats earned a B.S. degree in Marketing/Business Management from Brigham Young University and his MBA from the University of Phoenix.

 

Edward Durkin, Director, Marketing
Mr. Durkin brings a collective 22 years experience in both Orthopaedic/Spine and Medical Device marketing. Prior to joining Altiva, he held Product Director and Market Management positions at Zimmer, Kendall Company and Welch Allyn. Mr. Durkin has one patent issued in orthopedics. He earned his BS degree from Indiana University.
